Napasol’s newly designed blender/pasteurizer ROTOSOL® can be supplied in different sizes to match your capacity requirements. The process is extremely gentle on the product, as there are no mechanical devices inside the vessel. The slow pivoting/tumbling action of the autoclave results in an excellent blending capability and a very homogeneous pasteurization.
Excellent results have been achieved with cereal blends of different components: oats, dried fruit, pieces of nuts, extruded pellets, and other low moisture components.
