NAPASOL autoclaves come in a variety of sizes capable of handling throughputs of 200 kg/hour to over 13 MT/hour.
The integration of the pasteurization unit in the product flow can be optimized.
Utilization of existing utilities (steam, compressed air) can be optimized.
Some elements of the NAPASOL installation can be sourced locally to our specifications for integration into the NAPASOL core supply. Alternatively NAPASOL will bring together all the elements of the system and supply a complete turn key installation.

The main components of the plant include: autoclave, steam generator, vacuum pump, chiller, condenser and PLC.
Through our remote internet access point we offer online support from our service center. Direct access allows technical assistance through online trouble shooting, as well as direct uploading of software upgrades and input in treatment profile design for specific applications.
All Napasol installations undergo a thermal mapping to determine the cold spot in the autoclave. Napasol assists its customers for the range finding and validation runs of each of their products and coordinates the intervention of a process authority and analytical laboratory.
Our installations are compliant with 21CFR113.100 for traceability and recording process controls, and maintaining and protecting the data.
Optimization of product handling and product flow tailored to your specific needs. We have solutions for large volume mono-product handling as well as systems for customers handling a wide range of products.
Napasol offers support in food safety management based on experience and competence in contamination issues, hygiene, HACCP and regulatory challenges.
In our R&D laboratory we develop treatment profiles, conduct product testing, and further develop the process to improve the quality of treated products.
New programs are uploaded on a test unit and thoroughly tested before being downloaded to the customers industrial unit.

To asses the effectiveness of the process and the results on your product we offer to run trials at our R&D facility and send the product back to you for evaluation. You are also invited to visit the R&D facility to familiarize yourself with the process and test your own products.
It may also be possible with prior arrangement to visit a customer facility to view how the process works in an industrial setting.
Visit our R&D facility in Basel, Switzerland where process parameters are optimized for each product. Visualize the effect of the process on your product on our test top pasteurization unit.
We can organize with our customers to have you visit their facility and experience first hand how the industrial process works for them.
Send us your products to be pasteurized and compare their quality before and after pasteurization. Process parameters are developed for each product to optimize the decontamination results while minimizing changes in color, flavor, and texture.
