Our natural biocide is used for decontamination, sanitation and hygiene. It leaves no chemical residues and is safe to handle and store, and is environmentally friendly. Powerful oxydant molecules generated by an electrolytic process from water and salt kills microorganisms: bacteria, viruses, mould and yeast, without leaving any residue. Universal biocide decontaminates: food, food contact surfaces, eliminates biofilm, sanitizes equipment and plants.

NAPASAN AND BIOCIDES IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY

Chlorine is an extremely effective disinfecting agent commonly used to eliminate germs. Chlorine is universally used to insure the microbiological safety of drinking water. Chlorine is also approved and widely used in food industry and food preparation areas to sanitize food contact surfaces and is used in direct food contact applications to reduce microbial loads on potentially contaminated foods.

Yet, chlorine and chlorine compounds are harmful to health and may be carcinogenic. Chlorine gas, which is generated on contact with air produces off flavors and is a skin and respiratory irritant. Furthermore, every year people are injured in accidents involving chlorine whose storage, handling, and dosage are hazardous and require special precautions.

Now there is a solution to safely generate a potent biocide on site with two natural products (salt and water) and electricity. Using a patented Membrane Electrolysis Technology our generators produce powerful disinfection agents on site without any handling risks to humans or environmental damage from residues or disposal.
