The management of the company brings together competence in the fields of science, nutrition, food technology, food processing , equipment manufacturing and business development. Through its membership in the INC (International Nut and Dried Fruit Foundation) Napasol keeps informed on Health, Nutrition, Food Safety and Statistics regarding nuts and dry fruit. Dr. Cameon Ivarsson is on the scientific and government affairs committee of the INC involved in Government Standards and Government regulations regarding trade barriers and trade quality standards for nuts and dry fruit. Napasol is a memeber of ASTA - the American Spice Trade Association - and as such keeps appraised of the safety of spices and the evolution of public policy on behalf of the global industry.

Dieter Kundig - CEO

Dieter Kundig graduated from the University of St. Gall, Switzerland, with a degree in Business Administration and immediately joined Buhler AG, the largest Swiss food technology group, soon heading the finance department in Spain, then as president of the South American division. In 1990 Mr. Kundig returned to Switzerland to found and manage a merger & acquisition company successfully developing business units in the soya industry and breakfast cereal production. His activities in various parts of the world have given him expert knowledge of the problems and opportunities along the food supply chain. His interest in food safety issues led him to found NAPASOL where his knowledge and experience in the food technology industry and his global contact network are invaluable assets for the dynamic development of this company.

Dr. Cameon Ivarsson - Director

Dr. Ivarsson obtained her PhD. from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland and was a Post Doctoral fellow at the University of Washington in Seattle before founding her first food company: "Starting Right" Baby Foods. Seizing the opportunity to take responsibility for an important breakfast cereal project, Dr. Ivarsson and her family relocated to France in 1991. Cameon contributed in areas of production, quality assurance, R&D, sales and marketing and from 2000 - 2003 as Managing Director. In joining NAPASOL Dr. Ivarsson brings technical and scientific skills to an enterprise requiring process, product and regulatory know how to effectively tackle food safety issues. Cameon is a member of the Scientific Committee of the International Nut and Dry Fruit Council (INC) and is particularly active in the area of food safety regulatory affairs.

Mike Parise - US Sales Representative

M Parise Associates (MPA) was founded by Mike Parise, who has over 20 years experience in processing and packaging and as manufacturer's representative. Working with Meyer Industries, Inc and Best (get everything sorted) he has extensive experience in the food industry. "We represent a select group of people and manufacturers who specialize in providing packaging and processing equipment specifically suited to industries like yours. We are engineers, designers, fabricators, and salespeople with true in-plant experience." His experience enables him to provide a level of expertise well above that of a salesman.
