Steam injected in a vacuum condensates on the product surface, raising the
temperature and killing germs. The Condensation is removed by drying and
cooling in a vacuum resulting in a ready to pack sanitized product.

Plant sizes range form 200kg/h up to over 10t/h. Whole pieces, chopped
ingredients and powders can all be treated in this equipment. Logistic
flexibility allows for loading prodcuts in bulk, on trays or in bags. This CCP
step undergoes a full validation procedure and certification

Data is collected from industrial processors using the Napasol pasteurization
process to reduce naturally occuring contamination levels. Spices, seeds,
nuts, herbs, dehydrated vegetables often carry high microbiological loads.
